1G POLICY
Standing tickets + wheelchair accesible tickets:
The 1G policy applies to visitors with tickets on the main floor.This means you have to show a negative test result when entering the Ziggo Dome. This also applies when you're vaccineted and/or have when you have a proof of recovery. Please make sure to make an appointment at one of the approved testing locations via testenvoortoegang.org and add your negative test result to your CoronaCheckApp. Please check if the QR code works before going to the venue. Rather have your negative test result printed? You can print it via CoronaCheck.nl. Withouth a QR code on your phone or printed, we can't let you enter the Ziggo Dome.
Please take your identification with you! When showing your negative test result we'll also ask you to show your identification. A copy or a photo of your identification is not valid.
Seated tickets:
The 1G policy doesn't apply to visitors with a seated ticket. This means that you do not have to show a negative test result when entering the Ziggo Dome. We kindly ask you to stay in your seat during the concert. It is ofcourse possible to use the catering and sanitary facilities.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENT
The payment of drinks in the Ziggo Dome takes place completely contactless with a debit or credit card. Maestro, V-pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Prefer to pay with cash? That is possible with the Ziggo Dome Wallet. The Ziggo Dome Wallet is available at our service desks. At these service desks you can top up your Ziggo Dome Wallet with cash. RETURN SYSTEM OF USED CUPS
We see it as our responsibility to make a visit to the Ziggo Dome more sustainable. We therefore ask you to hand in your used cup at one of our bars for a €0.50 discount on your next drink. This discount only applies if you order a new drink when returning your used cup (NB: it is 1 for 1: returning multiple cups for a higher discount on one new drink is not possible). After the event, we ask you to dispose of your cup in the appropriate waste bins. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
BAG POLICY
Bear in mind that is forbidden to bring a bag with you to this show. Only handbags that aren't bigger than the size of an A4-paper (8.27 x 11.69 inches) and no thicker than 10 cm (3.9 inches) are allowed inside. If you do bring a bag bigger than this, you will not be allowed to enter the venue. The organizer of this event will do its best to reduce qeues as much as possible. We politely ask you for your understanding and cooperation.
Directly above the entrance outside of the Ziggo Dome, Lockerpoint ArenAPoort can be found. You can rent a large locker here for storing luggage that is not allowed inside the venue, such as backpacks, weekend bags, trolleys, a helmet or suitcases. The luggage lockers are open until 1 hour after the event ends. Visit the Lockerpoint website for more information about the dimensions of the lockers and the price.
TRANSPORT
Plan your trip ahead! It is possible that there are roadworks or construction at the railways you want to take. If you check beforehand, you can prevent delays. You can find information on roadworks here. For information on public transport, you can check this page.
SMOKING
Smoking in the Ziggo Dome is not permitted. The Ziggo Dome cannot facilitate smoking areas within the building. It is possible to leave the Ziggo Dome during the event to smoke at the designated smoking outside smoking area within a limited time slot.
