CUP RETURN SYSTEM
We see it as our responsibility to make a visit to the Ziggo Dome more sustainable. During a visit to the Ziggo Dome, you will receive a wooden token at the entrance, the return token. When you hand in this token at the bar, you receive one cup. After this you always hand in your empty cup at the bar when ordering a new drink. If you have lost your cup or return token, you will pay €1 extra for a new cup. Important: a cup or return token cannot be exchanged for cash. At the end of the event, we ask you to dispose your last cup in the provided waste bins. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT
The payment of drinks in the Ziggo Dome takes place completely contactless with a debit or credit card. Maestro, V-pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Prefer to pay with cash? That is possible with the Ziggo Dome Wallet. The Ziggo Dome Wallet is available at our service desks. At these service desks you can top up your Ziggo Dome Wallet with cash. BAG POLICY
Bear in mind that is forbidden to bring a bag with you to this show. Only handbags that aren't bigger than the size of an A4-paper (8.27 x 11.69 inches) and no thicker than 10 cm (3.9 inches) are allowed inside. If you do bring a bag bigger than this, you will not be allowed to enter the venue. The organizer of this event will do its best to reduce qeues as much as possible. We politely ask you for your understanding and cooperation.
Directly above the entrance outside of the Ziggo Dome, Lockerpoint ArenAPoort can be found. You can rent a large locker here for storing luggage that is not allowed inside the venue, such as backpacks, weekend bags, trolleys, a helmet or suitcases. The luggage lockers are open until 1 hour after the event ends. Visit the Lockerpoint website for more information about the dimensions of the lockers and the price.
LOCKERS
During this concert you can use our lockers to store your belongings. Please note: you need a €2 coin to use these lockers. More information about our lockers can be found here. It is also allowed to take coats & bags (provided they comply with the above mentioned bag policy) into the venue.
TRANSPORT

DINING AT THE ZIGGO DOME
La Place
You can grab a bite to eat in the Ziggo Dome at one of La Place's fourteen 'food outlets', which you can find on every floor. Here you can find delicious dishes, freshly prepared every day, with only purely natural ingredients. Fresh, regional, organic and sustainable: La Place prefers to use ingredients that are produced with care for nature, people and the environment. Fresh and homemade every day. You can taste that!
SMOKING
Smoking in the Ziggo Dome is not permitted. The Ziggo Dome cannot facilitate smoking areas within the building. It is possible to leave the Ziggo Dome during the event to smoke at the designated smoking outside smoking area within a limited time slot. Our service staff can give you more information about this on the evening itself.
